Our stay was quite disappointing mainly due to the issues with cleanliness and service. The hotel has a beautiful golf course and some lovely outdoor spaces, but the experience was marred by bugs in the room and lost luggage. Despite the gorgeous views and potential for a relaxing stay, the management should pay more attention to these nagging problems.

The Omni Bedford Springs has its charm, especially with its beautiful historic grounds and lovely dining experiences. However, my recent stay was marred by a musty smell in the hotel and less attentive service, which was disappointing. The hotel offers a lot of amenities which are really nice, but there were some maintenance issues that affected the overall experience, considering the price we paid.

The rooms were spacious and generally clean, though I did notice some dust on the plantation shutter in the bathroom. Overall, they were comfortable but not quite up to the expected standards for the price.

My husband and I had a lovely time at the resort, with beautiful scenery and a relaxing atmosphere. The spa treatments were luxurious, especially the complimentary baths. However, our last night was disrupted by a prom event that brought in a lot of local teens, making it difficult to enjoy the common areas. Overall, a great experience despite some minor inconveniences.

I returned to Omni Bedford Springs for a weekend getaway, and I was thrilled with the beautiful holiday decorations and the attentive staff. The spa services were enjoyable, and my family had a great time exploring the grounds. However, the dining experience was not as impressive this time, and I felt the menu could have been more varied. Overall, the atmosphere and activities were wonderful, but I wish the dining met the same standard as the rest of my stay.
