Our stay was quite disappointing mainly due to the issues with cleanliness and service. The hotel has a beautiful golf course and some lovely outdoor spaces, but the experience was marred by bugs in the room and lost luggage. The Omni Bedford Springs has its charm, especially with its beautiful historic grounds and lovely dining experiences. However, my recent stay was marred by a musty smell in the hotel and less attentive service, which was disappointing. The hotel offers a lot of amenities which are really nice, but there were some maintenance issues that affected the overall experience, considering the price we paid.

However, our last night was disrupted by a prom event that brought in a lot of local teens, making it difficult to enjoy the common areas.
